Mark Gerson, the co-founder of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) and several other companies, is an investor in industries including software, e-commerce, cryptocurrency, and real estate. Mark is the Chairman of African Mission Healthcare, which partners with Christian doctors and hospitals to provide clinical care, medical training, and infrastructure throughout Africa, and in that capacity is perhaps the world’s largest donor to Christian medical missionary activity. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of United Hatzalah of Israel, the pioneering volunteer system of emergency first response that enables victims of pre-hospital trauma to be treated in the moments that separate life from death.
Mark is the host of the popular Podcast "The Rabbi's Husband" a show that explores the greatest hits of Jewish thought in conversation with some of the most interesting thinkers and leaders from varying religious persuasions. He has a weekly column on Christian Broadcasting Network on the Bible. His book, “The Telling: How Judaism’s Essential Book Reveals the Meaning of Life,” was recently published by St. Martin’s Essentials and is available at bookstores everywhere.
